We have great respect for the team at BeerAdvocate and all that they’ve built. As we hope you’ve read by now, Craft Beer & Brewing will be fulfilling the remainder of your BeerAdvocate subscription.
First the important stuff - if your subscription to BeerAdvocate Magazine was to end with their issue 134, which you received digitally, we’re going to also send you a digital copy of the April/May and June/July issue of Craft Beer & Brewing Magazine®. We think you’ll enjoy our mix of writers who delve deep into the how’s and why’s of making beer, thoughtful articles on tasting beer, and a comprehensive beer review section. If your BeerAdvocate (BA) subscription were to end with their issue 135 or later, you’ll receive a print copy of the June/July issue of Craft Beer & Brewing Magazine®and any future issues you are owed, mailed to your address on file. Our goal, of course, is to earn your trust and convince you to renew your subscription to Craft Beer & Brewing. If you’re already a CB&B subscriber, we’ll simply extend your subscription by the number of issues left on your BA subscription.
We’ve prepared a FAQ in our help center specifically for current BA subscribers that will point you to all the resources you need to get the most from your CB&B subscription. If you need to change your subscription address, name, email, or anything of the sort, register for a new account on our website and your subscription will automatically sync.
One cool thing about our subscriptions—all subscribers have digital access to all of our back issues, both on our website and in our iOS and Android apps. Subscriptions also include a weekly newsletter highlighting the best in beer and brewing (it's very easy to unsubscribe if you don't want to receive it).
If you have any questions that aren’t answered in our help center, click on the chat button at the bottom of our website. On the other end, you’ll find a real person (we have a full-time customer service manager and believe strongly in providing best-in-class customer service to our subscribers).
